ARTICLE 370 :  improper execution 

THE ARTICLE 370 AND 35A ,THE ONES THAT GAVE KASHMIR A SPECIAL STATUS HAVE BEEN SCRAPPED BY INDIAN GOVERNMENT IN THE WAY IT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN . THE QUESTION BEING RAISED IS NOT ON SCRAPING OF SPECIAL STATUS BUT IN THE WAY IT HAS BEEN DONE . IT VIOLATES CONSTITUTIONAL PROCESS WHICH CLEARLY STATES THAT AN APPROVAL FROM STATE CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY IS NEEDED.

THE WRONG MANNER

THE MANNER IN WHICH IT WAS IMPLEMENTED CLEARLY STATES THAT IT WAS FORCED ON KASHMIR . THE CURFEWS , CUTTING SHORT OF AMARNATH YATRA AND PANIC THAT WAS CREATED BY DEPLOYING ARMY IN HEAVY NUMBERS IN THE MINDS OF VALLEY RESIDENTS FORCES ONE TO THINK THAT DO THE PEOPLE MATTER OR WAS THIS ALL JUST DONE FOR THE PIECE OF LAND . THE SITUATION IN KASHMIR STILL REMAIN THE SAME . PEOPLE IN HOUSES , NO MOVEMENT AND  A BLOT ON THE BILL.

Lack of consensus 

Say it lack of consensus or no consent from the concerned representative of valley . The locking down of mehbooba mufti and omar abdullah . If this was the condition for former chief minister from the states what would have been the condition of common man .

The absence of farooq abdullah from parliament was raised by many mp which was answered by home minister that turned out to be a lie .  Even rhe opposition was not clear in its stand . Where does this scrapping of article would take kashmir may get clear only in future but at present the curfews in kashmir are worrying as eid is just few days and the big question is
Will situation be back to normal before eid ?
Till when will kashmiris be under curfew ?
If situation is ok in kashmir why are not former chief minister of state free ?
Will article 371 be scrapped or revoked ?
Will kashmiris not feel humiliated.

Questions are many answer is none ...

And it's been a year to this blog and Kashmir is stll not having 4g connectivity. The longest ever in the memory of living world.
